he headed towards the door and after he opened it he glanced back at his son. "Charm her son, show her how handsome my son is," he said grinning and finally went through the door leaving Mike behind in his own house.
        After his father had left, Mike headed to his room. Slowly, he walked towards his huge bed. He laid in the middle of it. He rested his head on his mattress with his hands behind his head. He stared at his ceiling and thought. Mike and Margaret's families were very close. And even when they were still both children, Mike and Margaret were already friends and very dear to each other. And they remained close when they became older. The last happy memories they had was when he was still nineteen and Margaret was eighteen.  
They had just finished playing table tennis on Margaret's backyard. They headed inside the house ask for snacks from their parents. When they reached the second floor of the house, they headed towards the balcony. Their mothers who were close friends since they were both children were in the balcony talking to each other. Smiling and holding each others hands, they walked towards their parents when they both heard their conversation. Mike and Margaret both overheard and learned of their mothers's plan to marry the two of them in the future. And from that day on, Mike noticed Margaret's coldness towards him and avoiding him.
        Every time he went back to her house with his mother to visit the two of them, Margaret just wouldn't go down to see him. And every time they met, Margaret wouldn't talk to him like she always did before. She would just say hi to him and leave him immediately after. The same thing happened every time they saw each other in Margaret's house and even on other places. Until they became more distant to each other. After a year her mother died. And another year passed and Mike's mother died. And because of this, Mike and Margaret hardly saw each other.
        When they were both older and were already working Mike still noticed Margaret's coldness towards him and avoiding him. Mike focused his attention on his work and continued strengthening and expanding their business. Mike was tall, dark and handsome. He had a beautiful girlfriend. But his relationship with her ended soon. He also heard Margaret had a boyfriend. He felt something in his heart when he heard of this. He continued working hard at their company and built his own life.
